ATI Sports Medicine Offers Individual and Group Support to…
Connection within any profession matters, which is why ATI Sports Medicine dedicates itself to providing the support and resources Athletic Trainers need to offer their school and community members their very best.
Ongoing Individual Support
Each one of our Athletic Trainers works directly with a Sports Medicine Manager, these leaders oversee and assist our ATs with managing their day-to-day responsibilities. This partnership provides individual support continuously throughout the year. However, within ATI we realize how important it is to connect with other professionals to learn from each other’s personal experiences, discuss important topics within the industry, and encourage and challenge each other to develop as a professional.
Creating Meaningful Connections with Fellow ATs
Twice a year, our teams gather with their managers and fellow ATs. The first is to kick off the upcoming school year to engage in training and set goals for the year ahead. The second is then to reflect on the past school year, identify opportunities for growth, and celebrate fellow team members for their efforts. These meetings offer our ATs connection and camaraderie because no one understands better what it means to be an Athletic Trainer than your fellow ATs.
If you are interested receiving continuous individual support, we invite you to explore our open ATI Sports Medicine positions.
