Paving the Way in Hybrid Care with HOPCo

In June, CEO Sharon Vitti announced the beginning of an exciting partnership with Health Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo). As one of the country’s largest Management Services Organizations (MSO), ATI’s relationship with HOPCo is not just about expansion, but also about enhancing patient access and growing our hybrid team-based care model in our Arizona market. Our teams driving this initiative are proud to share an update on the collaboration.

With the partnership only three weeks post-launch, our teams have completed 104 patient evaluations and received 284 referrals. While these patients are still early in their treatment plans, our clinicians remain committed to meeting their needs and meeting them where they are at. With 85% of referring patients opting for hybrid care, our team members are improving communications between co-treating therapists and refining treatment strategies and patient care plans to ensure success.

“Overall, the partnership is going well,” District Director II Michael McKay reported. “As with any new initiative, there are hiccups, but our continued emphasis on feedback has allowed us to make adjustments and improve along the way. Leadership is very focused on open communication, meeting weekly with Clinic Ops and Telerehab team members to discuss progress and address gaps and questions. It is all to ensure a successful collaboration and to provide our patients with the care they need.”
