Technology for PT
This year, ATI is committing significant resources to drive transformation in our technology. This investment continues ATI’s multi-year effort to remove obstacles between clinicians and patients and enhance the patient’s overall experience.
At ATI, we would look at the following key areas to invest in our technology:
- Unified View of the Patient: We are cutting through additional paperwork for patients who come in for multiple courses of treatment. The unified view of the patient matches them with existing records, allowing ATI to bring in repeat patients without creating any additional paperwork for them or their clinician.
- Patient Scheduling Enhancements: Such enhancements include self-scheduling and appointment management, including patients’ selecting day/time preferences, wait lists, appointment notifications, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Patient Engagement: Patient engagement includes new patient outreach, pre-appointment confirmation, follow-up on visit reminders and confirmations, non-compliant patient outreach, and missed or canceled appointment outreach to try to get patients back on track.
At ATI, we are committed to making access to care easy, to create a better experience for our patients and providers and allow our clinicians to focus on what they do best—deliver exceptional care.
