ATI Worksite Solutions Early Intervention Specialist Jane (Miraglia) McClean…

Congratulations to Early Intervention Specialist Jane (Miraglia) McClean on receiving the National Athletics Trainers’ Association (NATA) William T. Griffin Award for Outstanding Leadership.

Recipients of the Griffin Award must reflect and possess leadership qualities, including motivating colleagues and leaders to increase political involvement, demonstrating forward thinking in organizing a legislative or grassroots campaign, and taking the initiative to maximize advocacy efforts.

“I am deeply honored to receive the National Athletic Trainers’ Association William T. Griffin Award for outstanding leadership,” said Jane McClean. “I’m always grateful for the opportunity to do what I enjoy most, and this recognition reaffirms my commitment to fostering positive outcomes, advancing the field, and, most importantly, empowering individuals.”

McClean joined ATI in 2014, bringing with her vast knowledge and years of experience in athletic training and early intervention. In addition to her role as an Early Intervention Specialist at ATI Worksite Solutions, McClean volunteers as the Government Affairs Committee Chair for the Maryland Athletic Trainers’ Association, advocating for athletic trainers and the profession’s advancement.
