Leading the Way in Athletic Training
Every year, the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) hosts its annual conference, highlighting industry progress, hosting educational sessions, and offering opportunities for ATs to connect as professionals. ATI Physical Therapy is proud to be a part of the event, showing support for the specialized care Athletic Trainers provide in the communities and worksites they serve.
At this year’s conference, Military Recruiting Program Manager Bobby Evans, University Recruitment Manager Patrick Roscoe, and Senior Talent Advisor Kim Hastings staffed ATI’s booth. There, they raffled off prizes courtesy of Hyperice and Nexus Sports Medicine, while highlighting the opportunities that ATI offers athletic trainers within its Sports Medicine and ATI Worksite Solutions teams.
Additionally, two of ATI’s seasoned athletic trainers addressed important topics in the industry. Outreach Athletic Trainer Ciara Taylorgave a TED-style talk on supporting secondary school AT retention and negotiation. While Taylor’s talk focused on the critical roles ATs play in school communities, Industry Manager at ATI Worksite Solutions Jonathan Lenzeaddressed how athletic trainers make an impact in an industrial setting. His talk highlighted how industrial ATs reduce workplace injuries with early intervention and ergonomics to create a healthier workforce.
It was another successful year, and the ATI team was proud to be part of the event, influencing the future of athletic trainers and driving the industry forward.
