Offering Continuous Education Along Your Career Path
Our Clinical Excellence team offers a variety of CEUs to assist our team members with maintaining their license and expanding their general knowledge base. These courses include a wide range of topics, such as implicit bias in healthcare, ACL repair, Blood Flow Restriction, dance medicine, and much more. “We have done 30 courses so far in 2025,” Clinical Development Program Lead Jacqueline Davenport explained when asked about ATI’s internal CEU initiative, “and have 80 planned for the remainder of the year.”
In addition to various topics, courses are also available to best suit the team members’ individual learning styles and preferences. There are in-person, hybrid, and virtual classes and asynchronous content, such as with the “Implicit Bias in Healthcare” curriculum and the MSK Certificate, a five-course series, offering 45 hours of learning.
“We are proud of how well-received our internal CEU program has been,” Davenport said, “as it provides opportunities for continuous development. It also creates space for clinicians to use their annual CEU stipend to specialize in the areas that are meaningful to them and enhance the quality of patient care.”
Suppose you are interested in specializing in your practice. In that case, ATI offers and supports the following core specialties: Certified Hand Therapy, Sports Physical Therapy/Medicine, Women’s Health (Pelvic Health and Obstetrical MSK Care), and Work Comp (FCEs and Work Conditioning/Hardening). We also offer a range of market-level specialties, including concussion rehabilitation, nutrition, oncology, prosthetics and orthotics, TMJ, vestibular therapy, and more. With our internal CEU program, ATI offers our clinicians the support to further their practice and enrich patient care.
